Burra

Overview

Burra is a full cOS™ deployment for a mid-market freight operator. The project consolidated five disconnected tools and a spreadsheet-based system into a single purpose-built platform.

The challenge

A growing freight operation was running on spreadsheets, paper-based dispatch, manual invoicing, and a whiteboard for job allocation. The operations manager spent four hours a day on administrative tasks that should have taken forty minutes. Data lived in five places and none of them agreed.
